Naturally Raised Beef from Seeds & Spores Grass fed Scottish Highland cattle produce a nutritionally superior meat 3-5 times higher in omega 3 fatty acids and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) than traditional beef. The meat is extra lean and requires a bit more care in preparation. The result is worth it. All beef is processed in a family run, USDA certified, facility in the UP.
